Children nowadays face lots of stress from peers, parents and their surroundings. It is very important to inculcate healthy habits from a young age to build a strong future. Different yogasan like warrior pose 2 and 3 will help them to increase their concentration.

Asans like tadasana, Shirshasan, Vrikshasan, Paschimotanasan can be helpful to increase their height.
Simhasana is very helpful in reducing the stress level. Children enjoy taking out their tongue and bellowing a roar like a lion.
Often children enjoy doing upward facing dog which is very helpful in maintaining stress levels.
